Return + Store Policy

Item doesn’t fit? No problem! To begin your return, please email:

Return Timeframe: All returns must be scanned by the mail carrier within 14 days of the delivery date. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions: Returns will not be accepted without tags, if the item is damaged, has any odors, or markings. The item must be in its original condition and cannot be washed prior to return.

Refund Process: Refunds are issued through store credit only, with the original shipping cost deducted. (Credit will be added to your account)

Shipping Label: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping label must be purchased by the customer.

Order Cancellations: Items cannot be put on hold or canceled once the order is processed. Cancellations must be made within one hour of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package is scanned by the mail carrier. Tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If your package is lost, a claim will be filed, and store credit will be issued.
